Mineral insulated cables, common basic models: VV----PVC insulated PVC sheathed (copper core) power cable; YJV---cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed (copper core) power cable. If it is an (aluminum core) conductor, add L in the middle, that is, VLV, YJLV respectively; for flame-retardant cables, add ZR in front, that is, ZR-VV, ZR-YJV; for fire-resistant cables, add N (or NH) in front, that is, NH-VV, NH-YJV; halogen-free and low-smoke, model WD-YJY, cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyolefin sheath; the above functions are combined, including: WDZAN-YJY-(halogen-free and low-smoke) cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyolefin sheath, Class A flame-retardant and fire-resistant power cable. There are also: pre-branching cables, plus F (or YF); irradiated cross-linked cables, plus FZ; rubber sheathed cables, YQ, YZ, YC (YQW, YZW, YCW), corresponding to light, medium and heavy respectively.
VV, VLV PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cables are laid indoors, in tunnels and pipelines, and the cables cannot withstand pressure and mechanical external forces. VV22, VLV22 PVC insulated steel belt armored PVC sheathed power cables are laid indoors, in tunnels and directly buried in soil, and the cables can withstand pressure and other external forces. VV32, VLV32 PVC insulated fine steel wire armored PVC sheathed power cables are laid indoors, in mines, and in water, and the cables can withstand considerable tension.
VV42, VLV42 PVC insulated thick steel wire armored PVC sheathed power cables are laid in vertical places such as shafts and underwater, and can withstand considerable axial tension. ZR-VV, ZR-VLV PVC insulated PVC sheathed flame-retardant power cables are laid indoors, in tunnels and pipelines. The cables cannot withstand pressure and mechanical external forces.

The cables can withstand pressure and other external forces.
