Shenxing Cable Group Co., Ltd. is committed to the manufacturing of high-quality cables. Its R&D and production base is located in Jinzhou City, with a newly established manufacturing base in Shenyang covering an area of 120,000 square meters. The Group operates multiple industry-leading, high-performance production lines, with an annual production capacity of up to 10,300 kilometers.

In 2023, Shenxing Cable Group invested RMB 278 million in the construction of a new production workshop dedicated to high-temperature resistant medium- and high-voltage special cables. The Group introduced two 110 kV and one 35 kV dry-type cross-linking production lines from Germany, becoming the first cable manufacturer in the provincial capital region to possess a 110 kV dry-type cross-linking production line. This milestone highlights the Group’s strong technical innovation capabilities and robust manufacturing strength.

Shenxing Cable Group has built a professional engineering and technical team with expertise spanning cables, electrical automation, mechanical engineering, and computer science. The team is highly experienced and equipped with advanced technical knowledge. In addition, the Group invested RMB 3.68 million to establish a new experimental center with a construction area of 1,300 square meters, introducing 105 sets of advanced testing and R&D equipment valued at RMB 11.71 million. This state-of-the-art R&D environment significantly enhances research efficiency and product quality.

To date, the Group has achieved remarkable results in innovation and technological development. It has independently undertaken and completed 20 R&D projects, participated in 3 provincial and municipal science and technology programs, and obtained 34 patents, including 10 national invention patents and 20 utility model patents. The Group also owns 3 registered trademarks and has been awarded 3 scientific and technological achievement certificates, of which one has reached the domestic advanced level, while the other two have achieved internationally leading levels.

Furthermore, Shenxing Cable Group has participated in the drafting of 2 industry group standards and 2 national standards, issued and implemented 11 internal enterprise standards, and published 5 academic papers in well-known domestic and international journals. The Group has also established long-term cooperation with leading domestic universities, focusing on the development of new cable products, processes, and technologies. In 2023, it was officially designated as a graduation design and practice base of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Hebei University of Science and Technology.
